Africa's top 10 OnlyFans-spending countries collectively disbursed $83.6 million on the platform in 2025, a 27% increase on the $65.8 million recorded in 2024. But South Africa is in a category of its own — at $32 million it outspends Egypt, the continent's second-largest market, by nearly three to one, and accounts for 38% of total spend across the group. Tunisia, Morocco, and Algeria recorded the sharpest year-on-year growth rates — all above 42% — suggesting North African markets are catching up fast even as South Africa holds a commanding lead.
