KwaZulu-Natal holds nearly half of South Africa's high-risk voting stations

KwaZulu-Natal's 165 high-risk stations represent nearly half the national total, but the risk is acutely concentrated: eThekwini alone accounts for 124 of them — meaning a single metro carries more election-security risk than any other province in the country, while four provinces have no high-risk stations at all.
